Winchester Pressure was started from the ground up in Winchester, Virginia. Our mission is simple: Provide pressure washing services at a quality of perfection. No shortcuts, no call-backs, no question of quality. But, that doesn’t mean that we are always perfect, or that we won’t respond to a call-back or request for a touch-up. If for any reason a client isn’t absolutely thrilled with their service, we make it a priority to re-service their property as soon as we possibly can. At the end of the day, we know our clients value quality of work and convenience of service over everything, and that is what our team shoots for.

No. We rely on a soft-wash technique that utilizes a company solution to gently but completely rinse off the organic matter that commonly grows on the sides of houses. We do not use destructive pressure on any siding. High pressure washing is only for cement and stone cleaning, like a brick wall, stone path, or driveway.
For most surfaces, once or twice a year service should suffice. Of course it all depends, but for the majority of residential homes, our services can easily wash away a year’s worth of dirt and grime and protect your property’s value on an annual or semi-annual basis.
While almost anything can be a DIY project nowadays, most non-commerical grade equipment is inadequate for many of the most effective techniques. Additionally, this is a job that requires skilled and trained operation of these powerful machines. If mishandled, pressure washers can easily chip paint, damage siding, and leave a property worse than before. When it comes to your most valuable asset, it is best to leave it to the professionals.
Although we love meeting our customers, no, you don’t need to be home during the job. Since all of our work is on the exterior of your home, it isn’t strictly necessary. Winchester Pressure experts know what they are doing and you can trust that your property is in the best hands even if you’re not at home during the service.

Please ensure all of the following:
- All of your doors and windows are completely shut.
- We have access to all parts of your property.
- We have access to a working water source.
- All of your pets and children are inside the home.
- All vehicles are out of the driveway and away from chemical solutions or potential overspray.
- Make sure the service professionals have clear access to your gutters. Remove any obstacles like outdoor furniture, potted plants, or decorations that might hinder their work.
- If you have valuable items around your home’s exterior, such as outdoor artwork or decorations, consider moving them temporarily to prevent potential damage during the cleaning process.
- Take a close look at your gutters to identify any loose screws, damaged brackets, or sagging sections that may need repair before cleaning.
In some cases, animals or birds may build nests in gutters. If you suspect any wildlife presence, take appropriate measures to handle the situation safely or hire a professional pest control service.

Standard pressure washing does not include the removal of any of the following:

If you are home during the cleaning, payment is due upon completion of our service. You may pay in the form of cash, check, or credit card. If you are not home during the cleaning service then we will email you an invoice with a link to a payment portal which you can then pay with a credit card. Payment is due within three business days of the sent invoice.
